CCT Construction Technologies Supplier Code of Conduct
CCT Construction Technologies is committed to maintaining integrity and high ethical standards. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the essential ethical and business conduct requirements for all suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors ("Suppliers") providing products or services to CCT.

Suppliers are expected to:

- Comply with local labor laws regarding working hours, wages, and benefits.
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions.
- Respect employees' rights to freely associate and communicate.
- Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Suppliers must:
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- Avoid any form of bribery, fraud, or corruption.
- Compete fairly and comply with all applicable anti-trust and competition laws.
- Not engage in money laundering or tax evasion.
- Gifts and Business Courtesies
Suppliers should compete based on the merits of their products and services and avoid offering or accepting any business courtesies that could appear improper or are in exchange for undue advantage.
Suppliers must disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest to CCT and avoid conflicts that are not properly disclosed and mitigated.
Suppliers must maintain accurate records demonstrating compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and retain these records as required.
Suppliers must:
- Protect confidential and proprietary information.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Ensure data and information security through appropriate measures.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Suppliers are responsible for:
- Operating in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Preventing pollution and conserving natural resources.
- Providing a safe and healthy workplace.
- Complying with local and national HSE laws and international standards.
Suppliers must:
- Comply with all relevant import, export, and trade regulations.
- Avoid engaging in activities supporting terrorism.
- Ensure the authenticity of parts and materials.
- Ethics Programme Expectations
Suppliers are encouraged to:
- Establish ethics programs and provide whistleblower protections.
- Allow CCT to audit compliance with this Code.
- Take corrective actions for any violations of the Code.
