Waterstops & Joint Sealants

CCT Waterstops are expertly designed to accommodate expansion, contraction, and other movements in concrete structures, ensuring joints remain securely sealed. These waterstops are essential for water-retaining and water-excluding structures, providing a positive seal for poured concrete expansion, contraction, and construction joints. Our advanced waterstop solutions guarantee durability and reliability, safeguarding your structures against leaks and ensuring long-term integrity.

PVC Waterstop Joints

Flexible Waterstop profiles extruded from high grade Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) serve to isolate from dampness, moisture and water under pressure and without deformation and technological joints of concreting, in reinforced concrete structures, underground and buried structures under the influence of surface groundwater or sewage.

APPLICATIONS:

Used to seal construction and expansion joints in water retaining structures which subjected to hydrostatic pressure such as reservoirs, water towers, dams, canals, swimming pools, sewage tanks etc. in addition to keeping water out of concrete structures such as basements, underground car parks, tunnels, subways, retaining walls etc.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Environmentally friendly - lead-free formulation.
  • High-quality compounded PVC for long durability and integrity.
  • Ability to withstand high hydrostatic head pressure.
  • Full Range of factory-made intersection pieces.
  • Easy to weld on-site.
  • Reinforced eyeleted edge flanges for positive fixing.
  • Good chemical resistance.
  • Can be used in hot and cold climates.
  • Suitable for use in contact with potable water.
  • Many different sizes, types, colours, and fabricated intersections are available on request.
